Eagle Support Ministry (ESM) was built on a simple belief: people do better when they know someone cares and is willing to help.

I am Lanny Knotts. I am 78 years old, a retired diesel mechanic of 30 years and a contractor for the last 22 years, and still learning something new every day. Husband to one great wife for 55 years and father of three wonderful, successful children who have given me 6 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.

The internet can be a challenge; it is for me every day, so I understand how it feels to get stuck and not know where to turn.

I have volunteered to pastor a church that needed a pastor. Talk about a challenge; God has been dealing with me in that department for years now. I finally said yes.

I do not want anyone who joins ESM to feel forgotten. I want to speak with them, answer their questions, and help them take the next step.

What the ESM name should mean
