Start with a talk
We talk about what you joined, why you joined, and what you hope to do.
I want each person to have a clear starting point and someone to call when a question comes up.
We talk about what you joined, why you joined, and what you hope to do.
I help point you toward the first steps so you are not left wandering through pages and emails.
If you do not understand something, call. There is no shame in asking for help.
You may be like me. When I have a question, I want an answer sooner rather than later. If I have to wait 24 to 48 hours for a reply, I may forget what I wanted to ask!
That’s one reason I offer personal phone help. If you’d like to talk with me, call my office at 304-329-7940. I may not always be available right away, but a phone call can help us work through your question sooner.
Once we’ve connected, I can give you my cell number if you’d like. A phone call can often save hours of back-and-forth.
I live in the mountains, where cell service can be spotty. Sometimes my cell phone doesn’t ring, so please leave your name, number, and a short message if I miss your call.
